Terms and Conditions
The VitAL Focus Groups is a complimentary event for qualifying delegates; however we regret that a cancellation charge will apply due to the events exclusive nature and the limited number of places available.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason and if cancellation in writing is received by us 45 days or more before the event there will be NO CHARGE

.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason and cancellation in writing is received 44 days or less before the event, but not including the day of the event, there will be a cancellation fee payable of £399 + VAT

.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason and you cancel on the day of the event or you are a 'no-show' there will be a 'no-show' fee of £599 + VAT

In the unlikely event that a cancellation or no show fee becomes payable an invoice will be sent and will be subject to our standard 14 day payment terms.

Sending a colleague in your place

Colleagues can be sent to the event in your place providing that:

The organiser has been informed in writing 45 clear days or more before the event The colleague replacing you is equal or more senior in position

The colleague replacing you is able to contribute fully to the debates

Accommodation

Accommodation is for the Park Inn Hotel on a bed & breakfast basis on a first come first served basis.

While every effort will be made to accommodate all requirements such as smoking or non-smoking, bed size, position within the hotel this cannot be guaranteed and we regret that we can only guarantee accommodation once full cleared funds have been received. For payments please send the full amount including VAT at 17.5% to:

Attendance to the VitAL Focus Groups is complimentary and is subject to the above terms and conditions. Complimentary places are offered at the organiser’s sole discretion to directors, managers, heads, and senior IT professionals whose main job function is IT operations, IT strategy, IT delivery, or IT support.

For delegates that wish to attend but fall outside of the complimentary attendance criteria individual places can be booked, subject to availability, for £399 + VAT
